Israel Work Visa B-1
Every foreign national who is willing to Immigrate and work in Israel, must obtain an Israel Work Permit, which is the B-1 Visa.
The process of obtaining the B-1 Work Visa vary for different people – This website explains the process and provide information for couples which one is of them is an Israeli Citizen and one isn't. The website doesn't explain the process for obtaining Work Visa through Israeli employer.
The Work Visa is generally issued for a single entry only, but it is possible to receive a Reentry which will enable the foreign spouse to go in and out of the country without expiration of the Visa.

Israel B-2 Visitor Visa
The B-2 visa is a regular Visitor Visa to Israel.
Not all visitors require this Visa, some visitors can enter to Israel and stay in it up to 90 days without it – depending on the nationality. for example, citizens of United states, Europe Union and Canada doesn't require it in order to enter to Israel.
