Part of the process of Israel Immigration and receiving an Israel work permit, includes an interview in the Israel Ministry of Interior Bureau. The Interview is the last stage in the application process of the Work permit.
In order to receive the Work permit, the couple Must Pass the Interview stage Successfully.
The invitation to the interview will arrive by regular mail, to the address you filled in the application forms for Israel Immigration. The letter will usually arrive a few months after the application meeting, but it can be longer.
An important thing to make sure (which not always mentioned in the letter) is whether you require a translator or not. In Case the foreign spouse doesn't speak English or Hebrew, and one of the interviewer doesn't speaks the foreign spouse language – you will need a translator.
Make sure to verify by phone with the relevant Ministry of Interior office where the interview will be held, before the day of the interview, so you will have enough time to hire a translator.
On the day of the Work Visa interview
Immigration to Israel is a long process – Be prepared for a long wait. It usually takes a long time for your turn to arrive. In addition, the interview itself could take between an hour to two and a half hours for each couple.
If you hire a translator, make sure you mention it when you arrive to the Ministry of Interior – the interviewer might be willing to interview you first (So you won't need to pay the translator for just seating and waiting with you).
To the interview the couple must bring the following:

The interview process is usually goes in the following way:
The couple go inside the interview together, than one partner stays and one stays out, and than you switch. Each one can stay inside between 30 minutes to an hour, sometimes even more.

In case you passed – you received the Israel Work Permit for one year!
