For the Israel Work Visa & Work Permit application, for Israel Immigration Process, you require to present a verity of documents. Make sure to have a copy of each document – Usually you will keep the original document and give the copy. These following are the documents required for the Israel Work Visa application:
  • Filled Form AS-3 – Israel Work Permit application For Israel Immigration

  • Both Partners should be present in the Israel Ministry of Interior Office at the time of the Visa application

  • 3 Passport Photos of each one

  • Passport of the foreign spouse valid for at least 2 years
  • ID of the Israeli partner
  • Certificate of good character + Apostille*
  • Marital Status Certificate – for the Israeli and the foreign spouse + Apostille

  • Birth Certificate of the foreign spouse

  • In case the foreign spouse changed his/hers first or last name – a certificate which approves the name change

  • Letter of Explanation about the Relationship – Length of the relationship, way of meeting, etc.

  • Signed Statement about the authenticity of all the documents and obligation to inform the Ministry of Interior regarding any change

  • Tenancy Agreement / Apartment purchase Agreement / Land Registration extract

  • Last 3 Months Paychecks of the Israeli Partner

  • Health Statement – In Form AS-3

  • Statement of No Criminal Records of the foreign spouse – part of form AS-3

  • Prove of Relationship – Mutual Photos, Documents, E-mails, Letters, Rent, Mutual Bills, etc.

  • Letters from friends and Family

  • If the couple is married – all Marriage documents

  • In Addition, you will be required to pay a fee during the Work application process


Any missing document must be presented within 30 days of the initial Work Permit application In The Israel Immigration.
Israel Work Visa
For the Israel work visa application, all the documents obtained from the country of origin of the foreign spouse required to be Apostilled. The Apostille is done only by in the origin country of the foreign spouse – therefore it is recommended that the foreign spouse will get all the documentation Apostilled before he/she arrives to Israel.
In addition, if the documentation is in a different language than English, it is needed to be translate (to Hebrew or English) and notarized.
