- Statement of No Criminal Records of the foreign spouse – part of form AS-3
- Prove of Relationship – Mutual Photos, Documents, E-mails, Letters, Rent, Mutual Bills, etc.
- Letters from friends and Family
- If the couple is married – all Marriage documents
- In Addition, you will be required to pay a fee during the Work application process
Any missing document must be presented within 30 days of the initial Work Permit application In The Israel Immigration.

The Apostille is done only by in the origin country of the foreign spouse – therefore it is recommended that the foreign spouse will get all the documentation Apostilled before he/she arrives to Israel.
